Orange Day

Since Orange Day fell on letter "p" day we traced and finger painted (with our pointer finger) a P and some pumpkins. Loving all the beautiful orange clothes.

We discussed the primary colors and how all colors are made from them. Then we tested it on paper.

Our class was visited by Jarvis Bentley today. He read a Dr. Seuss book to our class. The kids loved it.

We made valentines with our hands.

100th Day of School

We celebrated the 100th day of school. It was rescheduled due to the days we missed last week for winter storms. We counted to 100 by tens and ones. We counted 100 pieces of snack mix. Yummy :) During recess, we did 10 exercises 10 times. We also made 100 hats.<strike>
